Smart, driven and nice coworkers. Lots of suspect (fake) Glassdoor reviews here.

Cons

It’s pretty bad. You don’t want to know what I have to say. My advice is to stay away if you want to maintain your sanity.

- Working here is intense, but for the right reasons. It often feels like working with a college capstone project team because everyone is all-in, brainstorming ideas (including crazy ones), and excited about the work. - If something will make the product better for users, the team truly works hard to make it happen. People don't take the easy way out and say something is impossible just because it's hard or not immediately solvable. - Mission: people here really believe in the mission and helping people through the myriad of products we're working on. Read the not boring article on Eight Sleep!

Cons

- You'll get stretched and challenged - if you want to just chill and clock in/out, this isn't for you. - People here are really great at what they do. It can be quite humbling but also inspiring to work alongside.

Cons

Most of the company is virtual which isn't for everyone.
