This is a great organization to be an SDR from an enablement, leadership, and opportunity perspective. The entire team is very helpful and willing to share how they are finding success. There are tons of resources to help you grow into your desired career path, so you aren’t just pigeonholed into sales. Outside of that, the Sales Development leaders are what really make the job top tier. Through any changes or adjustments throughout the year, one thing always remains consistent: the unwavering support from Sales Development leadership.

Cons

Be prepared for frequent change, as things move fast and pivoting is often required. That being said, if you focus on what you can control you will find success.
