Pros

Overall a satisfactory place to work with reasonable compensation and a functional team structure. Colleagues are cooperative and the work environment is generally positive across most departments.

Cons

Benefits are average and not competitive enough to attract or retain top talent. Team structure and support vary significantly across departments, which creates inconsistent day-to-day experiences and can leave some employees feeling less supported

Pros

Starting off with leadership. Michael Beasley the SDR Manager and Michael Delzotti the Senior Director were absolutely instrumental in getting me up to speed quickly in the role. Continued training and learning from them helped me to quickly ramp up and achieve success quickly. Throughout my time in Business Development there was always a path to promotions and progression that were clearly laid out with a plan of how to get there. Thanks to that I'm now sitting in an AE seat with their guidance. The team is super collaborative, everyone pulls together to provide a fun, engaging and exciting culture. Absolutely loved my time with this team.

Cons

Alignment with the Sales org was a bit off when I first started, but that is now aligned in a way that is driving us to more and more success. I honestly don't have any cons.

Pros

I’ve been at Eightfold for 3 years, starting as an SDR and progressing into an Agentic Account Executive role. One of the standout aspects of the company is the people; there’s a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture across teams. Functions work closely together rather than in silos, which makes a big difference in both performance and day-to-day experience. The SDR role in particular gave me fantastic exposure early in my career. I had the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, build a strong professional network, and develop skills that have been critical in progressing into a closing role. If you’re proactive, there’s a lot of room to learn and grow here.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, there can be periods of change and evolving priorities, which can sometimes lead to a lack of clarity or consistency in how things are executed. This isn’t uncommon, but it can take some getting used to.
