The pandemic doesn't allow us to go to the office

There are a couple underlying problems with Eightfold that are going to eventually affect the company in a very negative way. First, almost half of the company are former Apttus employees which has a negative impact on how ideas flow. If you are part of the "Apttus" circle, you are pretty much immune to any sort of consequences for your actions. However, if you are not from Apttus, your voice doesn't count. This gets even worse if you are a woman of color (which there aren't that many to begin with) since management is constantly looking down on you and underestimating your value. Also, they are not delivering on what they are promising, many of their customers are unhappy because the sales team promised the moon and starts and the platform is just not what they were told. In regards to career advancement, there isn't any path to grow and improve even though that is their mission statement. The sales development team lost 6 people in 4 months (The team only had 10 people to begin with). Lastly, they retaliate against their workers, if you speak your mind your better prepare yourself because they will make life miserable until you quit. ALSO, THE POSITIVE COMMENTS THAT WERE WRITTEN DURING 2019 HAPPENED DURING ORIENTATION DAY WHERE THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A BRANDED WATER BOTTLE IF YOU LEFT A POSITIVE REVIEW, they later stopped doing this because I guess they found out it's super illegal. So don't believe those reviews.
