I'm surrounded by people much smarter than me every day, which is inspiring and a huge learning opportunity. I get to make an impact on a daily basis while also being challenged to be the best I can be.

Cons

Early stage startup, so there aren't a lot of processes in place, or a ton of structure. If you crave structure (I don't), this isn't the place for you.

Pros... Great people to work with . you get support from all department training is best I've had. The tools for lead sourcing is A+ work life balance is 10/10 I can see myself here till I retire
