Team of AI experts are taking a very different approach to solving hiring, retention and diversity for companies. Torrid growth since they came out of stealth mode early last year. Timing is very good, since everybody is struggling with these problems. Fast paced, open transparent culture. ML experts - from some of the biggest companies drop in regularly to share and inspire.

Fast pace. Need to hire more. Quickly.

- Real AI brought to you by ex-Google, FB, YouTube, IBM machine learning - Values focused on accountability and transparency. - Robust leadership from enterprise software backgrounds on go-to-market side - Focus on transforming enterprise talent across hiring, diversity and retention - Customer list, and customer pipeline, is extremely impressive given company size and age. Customer results speak for themselves. - Lots of flexibility as a salesperson - WFH, travel, budget etc - Leadership focused on closing business and will do whatever necessary to support sales team and customers - Solid tech team that can pull features and fixes together in what seems to be no time at all

Cons

- Mountain View office is tricky for people in the City or East Bay (WFH flex helps) - No 401(k) match yet - Need to build out contributing teams a bit more. Heavy on management, need more doers. Recruiting team and leaders seem to be working hard to change that.
