Company claims compassion as one of its values but I was laid off without any notice, no expression of apology, no communication despite working day in day out for this company. Management said there wouldn't be layoffs but all of sudden decision was changed. All good people have left this company, including some of the best people who built this company and its foundation. That's how toxic is this company. Remaining team is new and lost. There is utter chaos in this company. Do not work in the post-sale department. Extremely stressful job, toxic culture and thankless job. You will be thrown under the bus regardless. Tough market conditions and extremely competitive space. Lots and lots of competition is popping up everyday so this space has significant risk. Arrogant top management who doesn't know how to run the company and has turned it into utter chaos, and a painful experience for everyone I can't find words to describe how bad this company is in terms of culture. It's full of toxicity, no respect for each other, no transparency, a lot of pretentious fluff. I just joined another startup and it feels sky and earth different. It feels human again, it feels I am respected, I am wanted and I am not an incompetent person. I lived worst days of my life while working in this company. Wish it was worth it financially but that also did not happen. I sincerely request everyone to stay away from this company and if you are working in this company, trust me, you will be blown away by how other companies treat their people.

M.I.C.R.O. M.A.N.A.G.E.M.E.N.T. is awful. Low diversity at manager and leadership levels, especially in product, client facing, and executive teams. There are critics everywhere and public criticism is the norm. It’s a “company-first” culture. We care more about hitting the deliverables and the number for the quarter than we do about the mental well-being of the employee or the facts of life and business for our clients. Personal relationships have led to people being put into jobs that should not be there (Apttus culture is 100% a thing here). Psychological safety doesn’t exist.
