Pros

-Excellent Pay -Comprehensive, Affordable Benefits -Clothing Allowance -A flexible team of coworkers -Work with a team of powerful, educated women -Yearly Raises -Yearly Stipends for Health/Wellness and Education -Positive work environment -Quarterly team bonding/wellness/celebration events paid for by corporate -Pride in working for a company that cares about it's people, people in general, and the environment

Cons

-Corporate is sometimes not as knowledgable as they should be about the processes of a retail store... and they make a lot of decisions that affect the systems in a store in a negative way without knowing it -Leadership positions are often given based on time spent within the company rather than leadership capacity -Disconnect between the business and practical aspects of the company, and the visual and creative parts of the company

Pros

Good benefits are really good. Profit sharing.

Cons

con't...who had no experience and would use the job as only a stepping stone. Older employers are overlooked. Lots of nepotism...emperor's new clothes people around Eileen. While the company supports women's and girls programs...it does little to help the daughters of the employees. There is a hierarchy and they pay themselves very well...bonuses, trips for design inspiration, visioning sessions, deep dives...etc. Retail is the step daughter. They don't get the same benefits and PTO off as wholesale/corporate. Work life balance is good for them but not in retail.I like Eileen but she is surrounded by yes women and really does not see the big picture...it's not all rainbows and butterflies.

Pros

Good Benefits, that's about all.

Cons

Everything else.......blatant favoritism, poor leadership, fearful culture, management is ruthless in protecting their jobs - at any cost. Most are on medication to sleep and/or for nerves. That says it all.
