      Pros

      Good vacation, so-so benefits, chill work environment most of the time.

      Cons

      This applies to admin/internal services only. Client-facing staff will likely have a different experience. Go here for your career to die. They are an old organization mired down by politics. "This is the way we've always done it" is repeated daily. Technology is viewed as an overhead expense that needs to be minimized. Ambition will get you nowhere. Promotions don't occur. Don't ask for a raise.

      Pros

      Friendly people, good pay, MetroPark office is nearly brand new, good work/life balance. Won't destroy your life like Big 4 with 70 hour work weeks, instead like 55 at EisnerAmper during busy season. Quick promotion.

      Cons

      healthcare is expensive, not sure if they offer a bonus if passing the CPA exam in the first years.

      Pros

      Iselin is a nice office. IT group is very helpful. There are some great people that work there.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no diversity, no vision. The company has no goals, pretty old fashioned. The technology used is inconsistent and not up to date. The salary and benefits are not competitive or even average. The bonuses and raises are mediocre. Everyone is focused on changeability and not on being profitable. There is very small business development done from only few partners. Some partners perform at the same level of a senior or manager at a big four.
