      Pros

      Interesting industries if you get the chance to work in them.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits are laughable almost. Executive management and HR always boasts about offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. If we're basing that statement off the early 2000s, then yes, it's very competitive. In 2024, the package is competing with my bills. Benefits are just as bad with awful insurance and a 401(k) match that's probably the bare minimum a company would think to give.

      Ever since EA started merging with other companies, it’s gone down hill. You’re now treated as just a number/employee in a book.

      Pros

      Provide good training throughout the year. Good food during busy season. Nick snacks and coffee station.

      Cons

      Culture used to be good but now it has changed. It feels like you are just a number. Overburden you in busy season, even minimum billable requirement hours are required each day. Too much work, no work life balance anymore
