Pros

No pros at all. This organization on off it’s kind. Their work environment is totally biased, higher managers are old grumpy dudes, they are highly arrogant and think less of junior staff. They don’t really communicate what they are expecting from and put you on the project and will just tell you to complete the project with minimum and no guidance at all. It’s hard work with the managers who is always busy doesn’t want to communicate clearly. Don’t where to start and finish.

Cons

Hostile , toxic and arrogant upper management. Higher management is really found of robotic technology that’s why they even treat humans as robots. They have no human feeling and consider yourself working in “Yes sir” and “No sir”working environment, do expect anything else. No appreciation from the managers for the work done and in fact just criticism. One off the most fake company in the market who pretends to be professional but whole company revolves around the arrogant partners and their favorite managers.

Pros

Overtime worked during busy season can be used as PTO or paid out at the end of busy season.

Cons

The turnover here is ridiculous. Management does not provide adequate/necessary training/support, but yet expect super star staff. HR is a joke and one of the main reasons people leave. There are weekly "staffing" meetings where managers get together to basically talk and gossip about the seniors and staff. No amount of OT is worth working here.
