      Pros

      Great office and location. Small enough where you can make a difference and get your hands on many facets of a project. Good training.

      Cons

      Mandatory Saturday work during busy season. Niche financial services industry and not exposure to the big players that you might get elsewhere.

      Pros

      Overtime worked during busy season can be used as PTO or paid out at the end of busy season.

      Cons

      The turnover here is ridiculous. Management does not provide adequate/necessary training/support, but yet expect super star staff. HR is a joke and one of the main reasons people leave. There are weekly "staffing" meetings where managers get together to basically talk and gossip about the seniors and staff. No amount of OT is worth working here.

      Pros

      Friendly people, good pay, MetroPark office is nearly brand new, good work/life balance. Won't destroy your life like Big 4 with 70 hour work weeks, instead like 55 at EisnerAmper during busy season. Quick promotion.

      Cons

      healthcare is expensive, not sure if they offer a bonus if passing the CPA exam in the first years.
