- No Cab facility

- Scope is a little limited in terms of designations/Growth. Can't complain because there is only so much to grow.
- Shelf-life may be just 4-5 years maximum, look out for afterwards
- Problems at the mid-managerial level, a reason for stress to a lot of juniors.
- No specific .NET management team, and it currently works as a 'stick-in-a-hand' mode.
