Pros

Yes there's chaos, but at least personally I had grown well through the chaos as well. It is not a company for people who need spoon feeding but for people who can take the bull by the horns and accept a challenge. Autonomy to execute. Excellent Niche Domain to learn.

Cons

Work- life Balance often gets upset. Lack of new technologies to learn

Pros

Used to be a good place to work until some Sr. level management changed. Timings are flexible. Work done is important, not the hours spent. Accountability of your work & full ownership. Office space & decor is nice. Located in a big Tech park. Moving people from one vertical to another was a welcome move; At least better than what the Management did by firing 10 people, without notice.

Cons

No processes followed. Completely ad-hoc requirements, solutions, development, testing. Half the day you will work on some feature & by evening, you will come to know that the solution has been updated. Career development initiatives were completely missed-out while formulating HR policies. Have to go to office on Sat/Sun/Public holidays based on the whims of Sr management, without extra pay or comp-off. Expects employees to stretch extra 3-4 hrs on a daily basis. HR will take from Jan to June, to decide appraisals for 200 employees. And Bonus for previous yr will be paid out only in July next yr; & that too the amount accrued till March.
