resistance to change, not very customer centric, QA standards not upto mark, ad-hoc solutions, non structured interaction with management

Nothing worth mentioning. Overall bad experience

Cons

Poor leadership and management. Has no vision. Prodcut is useless and does not work. Designers have not much of idea how to tailor the product to customer requirements. Overall bad compamy to work for. Would never recommend to anyone.
