This employer ranks as the least favorable company I've ever been employed by. The unhealthy work atmosphere they foster takes a toll on mental well-being and adds significant stress. They display marked favoritism and will single you out if you're not in their good books. Management is unapologetically biased, offering preferential treatment to certain individuals. Throughout my two-year tenure there, not once did they acknowledge a job well done or offer any positive feedback. Each day, you can expect an email highlighting your mistakes. The managers exhibit narcissistic behavior, often coming across as condescending and disrespectful. I would advise against seeking employment here unless you're prepared to stand up for yourself or these issues don't affect you. Fear of retaliation makes everyone hesitant to approach ethics or HR for help.
