Pros

Good Technology platforms, great healthcare team of doctors and nurses.

Cons

No upper management support. The change with the wind, and leave good workers in their path. They hire too many contractors so they can just get rid of them if they don't like them. It's a popularity contest!

Good benefits, Personal growth, Good work life balance, Everyone is focused on the patient.

Cons

C level management has no ability to prioritize projects. They want to do every project and as fast as possible. They have the money to do it. Unfortunately that leads to them spending more money than they needed to, burning out their staff and often getting an inferior product or result. They also choose to pay there non clinical staff far below the Silicon Valley average. However they are more than willing to pay consultants and contractors and exuberant amount of money because it goes on capitol budget instead of operating budget. This leads to valuable knowledge leaving the company.

great volunteers and nice facility all the low end job employees are very genuine and helpful

Cons

no productivity. Management does not reward hard work but rather the employees that kiss up to them.
