Pay, free medical benefits, and coworkers.

Cons

MANAGEMENT & HR are the worse I have ever seen. I only saw my manager 1x a month. No guidance . Very stressful environment. DO NOT RECCOMMEND! Also have dealt with racism from management and coworkers.

Cons

The Chief Nurse is tone-deaf and culturally insensitive and will do anything to keep her job. There has been a mass exodus of managers and directors under her leadership. She can't relate to nurses or leaders of color and is most unsupportive.
