Pros

Growing company. If you do not want to be held accountable for anything, this is the company to work for.

Cons

This is a very unethical, egotistical and unappreciative corporation. This whole company from its operations at store level all the way up to the corporate office operates by taking full advantage of its workforce with very little recognition and appreciation for all that is contributed by the staff. Management from those at store level all the way up to the corporate officers carry a stupid ideal that employees and customers need the company more than they need their employees or customers! Couple that with the reputation the company carries of only hiring good looking females (if you don't believe me visit their corporate office in Paramount where you will find more than 75% of their administrative staff under the age of 35 wearing extremely tight clothing while trying to walk on 5-6 inch heels) this company is one which is all over the place with no structure and no accountability. Hearsay or not, it is not good when all your store level employees rumor about managers at the stores and at the corporate offices being caught fooling around or breaking company policies and the HR Department is so incompetent they choose to turn the other way. Of course it should also pose as a serious threat to the company when they can't even manage to keep good people for more than a year.
