      Pros

      They make up rules as they go which caused me to feel very unsafe. There were no standard policies that they follow. Paperwork routinely disappeared and they haze on whomever they deem so. I endured many bad things while I was there and have dates and names to give to whoever wants the information if it means they lose their jobs. They dont take healthcare serious which makes for an unsafe working environment.

      Pros

      Top pay for homecare nursing for LPN's. However, this pay rate was rolled over into this company when it bought out the company I originally worked for. Therefore I don't know their starting salary. No raises given in the 2 years I have worked under them.

      Cons

      Very poor and unprofessional management.
