The people that you work with will be your backbone.

Cons

No proper training and expected to know everything. The nurses are not a pleasure to work with either. Most of them are rude. There is also no work life balance because people keep quitting and they are always short staffed.

Elara continues to make company acquisitions, each time they do, they continue to cut staff, departments… patients and staff stuffer
