Pros

Coworkers, set hours , paid weekly , convenient location

Cons

-Horrible pay scale , no raises or employee reviews, staff is over worked , crowded, unsafe work environment, staff often leaves soon after being hired, employee incentives have disappeared. No room for growth, some departments get away with the bare minimum while others are expected to continuously take on many roles and more work-for the same pay. Expensive benefits package, company Was forced to integrate to a poorly designed and outdated operations system that is ten times worse than the original data system.

Pros

Being able to see one patient at a time. Nurse Car Program.

Cons

No work/life balance. High employee turn over/ burn out rate. Supervisors/ Branch Managers push more & more productivity/ Set unrealistic expectations. Recently SOLD OUT to Elara. Take over has NOT been beneficial to hourly employees (typical)

Changes keep getting worse

Pros

Front line management and staff are great

Cons

New "merger" which seems much more like a buyout keeps bringing more changes, none so far have been good. Upper management does not communicate changes to staff, at all. Field staff are just winging it and hoping for the best. Benefit premiums more than doubled for worse coverage, with no warning. They cut PTO and stopped allowing PTO cash out with absolutely no warning in advance
