Pros
The people are great. It’s a very young crowd and they make it fun. And free coffee. That’s about it.
Cons
Management is the issue, they glorify customer support as a “stepping stone” to anywhere else in the company. When they explain it makes sense- but then you’re stuck there longer than you intended and there’s no getting out until you just leave. CEO is a massive creep, and the COO is a extremely rude but thinks he’s “funny”.
