Pros
I struggle with this. Lots of really lovely people work there, however, an old-school leadership team isn't letting the new wave in to bring things forward.
Cons
Old-school banking: Senior leadership changes significantly due to retirements—lots of internal bickering & politics, if you don't get in line with their thinking, it's not going to work. Lots of energy is spent in the wrong areas, as its focus is on the US, not EMEA. There is not enough investment in improving the products, and competitors are taking all the long-standing business.
