      Entry level salary for graduates is average Met some great people there that tried their best to make the experience better

      Pay scale does not increase much, colleagues with similar entry level experience were hired outside of the graduate programme will have better opportunities to climb the ladder Project opportunities were limited and not beneficial to progressing your career or improving skills in your chosen field Not a very well organised company there are some good folks that try their best but unfortunately this programme is centred less around graduates and more about the benefits hiring of entry level staff
