Pros
Elavon is a company who see the benefit in investing in developing the skills of their sales force. Over the 3 years and 8 months that I worked there I went on a number of compulsory courses and some optional workshops. I found all of them to be beneficial. There is also a culture of coaching that is being driven from the top down and, in my view, is effective and supportive if you are someone who is open to development.
Cons
The sales role is admin-heavy. The company could definitely do with investing in more sales support.
