      Pros

      I have a good bit of schedule flexibility. I do feel that I have work-life balance.

      Cons

      We are in a constant state of reorg. Current leadership is iffy at best. They completely don't get or care about competitive salary assessment. If you don't come in at a decent salary, it will take forever to achieve one. They really don't believe in paying people.

      Pros

      Good for college students in that you can work at night in the call center, but you definitely want to keep your head down, and keep to yourself.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. If you aren't in the "in crowd", you agree sunk. Special privileges are given to a chosen few, including off the record time away from work, excused absences, and more. Standing up for yourself is highly discouraged and punished.

      Pros

      New CEO, but change takes time. Great people working at this company and pockets of awesome senior level mangers.

      Cons

      No training = no growth. No internal culture and bring your own coffee.
