      Pros

      Great co-workers, great manager that gets beat up way to much.

      Cons

      Executive staff have no clue what's going on, they keep hiring consulting companies that do nothing. Goals unattainable, no client visits, promotions only happen if your in the in crowed. New CEO needs to clean sweep the executive level

      Pros

      It is a job. It pays the bills. Have good friends in the Dilbert cube world.

      Cons

      Management has destroyed our morale and spirit. Work used to be enjoyable. In the last 2 years quality has taken a backseat and they don't care. They took our chance to tell them about it away when we couldnt complete a survey on them this year because the year before was so bad, they needed to wait 2 years before they could handle another one. The money we are paid and the raises we get are a joke. I have a job and I am grateful. It would be nice to have a cost of living raise, so we are not going backwards each year when the guys on top are getting rich and management are getting bonuses for our blood, sweat and TEARS.
