Pros

A lot of people have been with company 10+ years. Long term committed employees. Growth within company within transferring to different departments.

Cons

The same people who have been there a long time are now leaving. Top executives leaving company in droves. Quality people leaving being replaced w/ lots of inexperienced employees. Company health premium costs are through the roof.

Pros

Great company values. Amazing people who work there. Training was 1 week in the basics of the job. After 1 week your on your own, using the company Intranet to help you figure out the rest. Sure, they have people to call if YOU need help but they didn't know half the time anyway. If you didn't meet your weekly or daily goals you were made to look like you didn't care. I did enjoy working there b/c of the customers and people who work there but it definitely lacked in other areas.

Cons

Poor management, the big higher up management is clueless to what really happens on the phone daily. No enough training to prepare you for your daily job. The company fees they charged their customers is outstanding.

Good place to work if you don't want to advance

Pros

Some groups are flexible and allow you to work from home. There is plenty of work.

Cons

No room to grow, or advance, or cross train. Unless you apply for another position it is very unlikely that you will get promoted to a management position, if that's what you're looking for. The management team is not diverse or multicultural. Raises are slim, 1%, if at all, even when you're a top performer.
