Pros

28 years of experience learned quite a lot and met many people both in US and globally.

Cons

This is a corporate run company and you need to be aware that over the years many of the jobs have been moved to Poland and continue to do so every year. There is no job security if you are looking for long term and at any time you can be let go, not for your job performance but because you don’t live in Europe. As this is a corporate business owned by US Bank they only see numbers and how they can make a profit and do not see you as a person but a number. Again as long as you are aware of these issues and willing to still take the chance that you could be let go at any time then working there you might find a good fit for you. I do not blame the corporate for their decisions as all corporate businesses are like this. Out to make a profit and cut costs anyway they can. What I don’t like is the fact the always saw me as a number or a piece of equipment and never really looked at what I contributed to the company that was giving them the profit they wanted. They never fully analyzed what I did for the company and I believe if they did they would not have let me go as soon as they did.

Pros

Good opportunity build experience. They have a broad technology stack and encourage people to skill up and learn. Very knowledgeable and friendly people within the organisation.

Cons

Very big organisation. All major decisions are made in the US and all other areas feel like "branches" of the company rather than having any autonomy. There's no sense of a company culture and as a result everyone is just focused on the job they're doing rather than being part of a collaborative company strategy.
