Layer on the extreme ADHD, micro-management and no time to get your actual job done because they constantly want reporting, updates, and details so they can tell you everything you do wrong rather than supporting and giving ideas. Worst sales leadership I have seen. Work life balance is a joke. Stop trying to be First Data- you don't even come close.
