Pros

The offer the flexibility to work from home when needed; peer recognition program is nice with the option to cash out for prizes and incentives

Cons

Work life balance is nonexistent they will call you on weekends, during PTO and even on holidays. Over works the hard workers and pay is below market.

Pros

No manual labor, benefits after 6 months.

Cons

They don't care about you. They won't try to help you, they won't be understanding. Doctor's note? Don't care you don't have the sick days. Traffic was bad from your 30 min lunch? Don't care you should have eaten somewhere closer (Only places close by are burger king and waffle house). Their "facilities department" took a year to fix a toilet, and the door is still broken. Call center reps are not allowed in certain break rooms, not treated as equals with "executives".

Pros

Nothing good to say about Sales organization. Elavon has such potential, really quite sad. Have been impressed with US Bank and their leadership, Richard Davis is top notch. It's better to work for the bank than Elavon.

Cons

EVP-level pushes and uses fear tactics rather than leads. Talks at teams, doesn't listen and demotivates through constant stream of criticism. Bait and switch on pay--have taken a pay cut since joining due to insane goals that are impossible to meet. Layer on the extreme ADHD, micro-management and no time to get your actual job done because they constantly want reporting, updates, and details so they can tell you everything you do wrong rather than supporting and giving ideas. Worst sales leadership I have seen. Work life balance is a joke. Stop trying to be First Data- you don't even come close.
