Pros

Elder Research fosters a very positive work environment. This is a great place to learn a lot with leaders in the field of data science. People are truly inclusive and humble as well as intelligent and very good at what they do.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Management can sometimes agree to things in the future which they don't really have control over.

Pros

Interesting projects, people on the level below management are fantastic - always friendly and helpful

Cons

Disorganized. John Elder attempts to control too much of the direction without understanding anything about the day-to-day project work or his employees in general - doesn't trust his fellow directors / managers. If you aren't a Christian white man, you probably won't feel like you fit in or will ever be part of the "inner circle".

Cons

Rather unclear what the long term outlook is, can sometimes feel like it is disorganized, business structure is confusing
