Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate that you find our benefits package to be excellent. We work hard to ensure we are offering the best compensation and benefits plans possible. I believe that your concerns regarding the wages were prior to our communication about salary adjustments for 2022 and we know that we have addressed that topic with our actions. I appreciate your concern for our company leadership and practices, but our retention rate is 95% and we feel that speaks volumes to our culture. Through the end of 2021 we were experiencing incredible growth of our company and the thrilling realization that we now have investors who have confirmed what we already knew about our people and the future of our company and industry. However, during this process you probably felt some of these growing pains. Our CEO and President was involved in many of the important decisions that needed to be made in the best interest of the company and our family of employees, and so her involvement in day-to-day operations was necessary at the time and during the process. Regarding your comments around our workplace safety and building code we are currently planning and beginning the early stages of renovations on our building. Our office space is the former Austin music venue known as The Backyard. It is a beautiful and special piece of local history, and we are proud to call it our home. Understandably an original music venue comes with some character that we both cherish and are working to make efficient and functional, but that we are to preserve. Since the onset of the Covid pandemic we have allowed employees to work from home as they like and have started hiring a remote workforce as well. For those who do not wish to be onsite we provide full home office equipment setups until our renovations are fully executed and intend to continue the work from home option after the renovations are done. Thank you.
