Pros

Great facilities i.e. cafeteria (food and prices), full basketball court, locker rooms, work out facility; large auditorium and atrium; large grassy area where many summertime events take place and games everywhere; friendly people.

Cons

Typical of large organizations with office politics, managing "up" aka "brown nosing" and being recognized and rewarded for it. Minimal visibility to upper management and poor communication channel to individual contributor ranks. Poor decision to listen to analysts and innovate while competitors focused on sequels which contributed to EA's overall demise.

Pros

Could be fun place to work, people try to make things easier for new employees, lots of work that needs to be done, encourage taking charge

Cons

Always felt that you would be let go at any moment, management didn't really seem like they know what they are doing, management also seemed fake and it felt they are forced to act "nice," pay and benefits were very poor, not easy to move up or around the company

Pros

Products have high brand value and recognition Campus is highly conducive for work, as well as play Generally people are great.

Cons

Feels like EA lost it's mojo - used to be great in both product development and publishing The label structure while the intention and the spirit was the right thing, the implemention of the idea was reckless and expensive. Marketing execution is by the book, except the book was written 15 years ago - EA marketing can and should be more creative.
