Pros

Great benefits package, great salaries, employee stock option plan is not to be missed, good cafeteria and a good work environment in general. They also have training courses and management training but the ones I took weren't too helpful.

Cons

Management seemed to be a bit separate from the team and lower mid management. Sharing of ideas and assets from team to team was minimal at best and transferring from team to team seemed to be discouraged... honestly it felt like each team was a small company unto itself and each floor of the building felt very removed from the other floors.

Pros

1. Lots of opportunities to make a contribution - Almost treated like a full time employee. 2. Good Compensation Package 3. Fun place to work ...You can have fun any time of the day ..just hit the game room

Cons

Overall its a very good experience . For me, my first few weeks were spent in understanding and mingling with the system. A little more planning for the work that an intern has to do ..might produce better results.

Pros

I started off getting hired onto a project which ended up getting canceled within 2 months of me starting. I wasn't super excited about the position that I had taken, but It was one of the only jobs I could find due to the poor economy. After the projects cancellation, I was reassigned to another project in a different role, which I was much more happy with. Maybe It was just luck, but it's been working out great for me. I'm learning a lot, working with amazing people on a product that's exciting.

Cons

Coming from a smaller company where everything is very personal, and you get to know each employee by name, it was hard to adjust to the large corporate climate that exists in EA. It's huge!
