Pros

Great team, business supportive of recruiting department, best practices used and always looking for new and better ways to recruit top talent, fun place to work, lots of energy and creativity, facilities are amazing.

Cons

sometimes jobs were too specialized because of the size of the company...it became harder and harder to be more of a generalist.

Pros

I learned so many things from my colleagues. You see a lot of smart people around. They have awesome technologies.

Cons

- Its a very big company, and sometime its hard to get recognition for your work. - some of the game teams are just doing the same over and over and are not innovating enough

Pros

For the market and the industry there is: Good pay, good benefits, decent facilities, smart people, don't foget that since it's orlando, we've got: Florida weather, no state income tax

Cons

Most people would agree there is: stagnant career development, confusing leadership actions at the studio level, "ol' boys club" at the top. It's important to note that engineers are treated the best there as far as keeping them happy but artists, designers and managers are put to the side.
