Pros

PTO is decent Weeklong Christmas Break for RFT There is a decent work/life balance that the company seems to be trying to get better at. If you are lucky enough to have a manager that cares, you can have it even better.

Cons

Pay is below industry average No Vertical movement Lack of Technical Direction leads to miscommunication and confusion New "made up" Vice President positions created every two weeks and are filtered to lower employees as if this should make us happy, all while taking away from bonus pool year after year and not providing ample opportunities for advancement for other employees.

Pros

Super dynamic smart innovative people work here. The best in the industry. Ea takes care of the high performers with additional spot stock grants. Lots of company perks. Big budgets for marketing spend which allows us to be extremely innovative and allows us to be ahead of competition.

Cons

Should consider changing the name of the company to the White House with all the politics going on here. If you want to advance to sr management here, you better be good at playing game of thrones or else you will get tossed under the bus in a heart beat. If you are fine with being an individual contributor the perks are fantastic.

Pros

- Passionate people who love working on games - The new CEO seems to be turning the business around, focusing on quality over quantity - It's slowly adapting and adopting many best practices from the tech industry

Cons

- Still a good ol' boys club at times - Managers receive little to no training - Most management is fairly inexperienced - Good employees do not get rewarded - HR does not do much
