Pros

Health insurance is a great benefit for you and spouse/partner/family. 401K and ESPP options are top tier. The potential for a yearly bonus is nice. PTO provided is great, however there is rarely an opportunity to use it all. If you have the correct manager, career growth is possible. If you are in a point in your life you can put in the time and long hours, it is a great place to be.

Cons

Work-life balance is non-existent, especially when games are being launched. There are not enough people to do the work for the amount of work that is expected to be done each cycle. Management is constantly changing and re-orgs are almost yearly. Overall disorganized.
