Pros

I haven't found any pros

Cons

I was working at the nth floor of some building at EA. For whatever reason unknown, the snacks on the (n-1)th floor are better and people on that floor don't eat too much. One day, the snacks at nth floor were eaten up. So I went to (n-1)th floor to collect some snacks for breakfast. Then someone sitting besides the snacks standing up and asking me in which department I am. It was like I was trying to steal something and the words made me feel really uncomfortable.

Pros

Real teamwork, fun people to be around. Its been an honor to work there. Lots of opportunity for growth. Your family is always invited to every holiday event :) Lots of on Campus events as well as off site 4 Star events.

Cons

We use cutting edge technology. You either know it, or you keep up with it. That can be an aggressive learning schedule for some and requires the ability to change architectures when they arrive.

Pros

EA is a good place if you have no experience in sourcing and are looking for a place to cut your teeth.

Cons

Very high turn over in the team, they can't hang on to talent (average churn is 17 months!) - the pay is not competitive when compared to similar positions in the valley and there is no growth opportunities on the team.
