Like many organizations, the people you meet and friend ships you develop are a wonderful Pro

Cons

Too many to list, inexperienced management, complete lack of simple care for employees, lots of playing favourites, biggest concern is for the bottom dollar. Be aware, they release people every quarter so the shareholders can wear fancy suits!

Pros

co-workers are excellent, hardworking, supportive, genuinely nice people. Location is good, next to major shopping mall and close to highways

Cons

this is a branch office, everything of note is congtrolled in the United States, poor communication, work overload, constant cutting of benefits, constant cutting of staff, management does not value employees contributions, if there is a plan in place it has been very poorly communicated, IT systems are a shambles, very challenging to get anything done in this environment
