Pros

The people that actually do the work are the unsung hero's. However, there are not enough of them.

Cons

The two individuals that are responsible for for Enterprise and Mid-Market Accounts are self absorbed and only interested in their own self interest. How many times do we have to hear about South Oakville? These people are sticking around to pad their packages at the expense of those that do the work.

Element Needs to Make Changes Fast

Cons

Management doesn't seem to care about making changes. We constantly give feedback but nothing changes for the better. Departments are losing people faster than they can keep them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Element provides multiple avenues for employees to provide feedback which is continuously reviewed at a leadership level. For example, Element conducts an employee engagement survey every 12-24 months to gather feedback from employees across all functions and regions. Once the results are received a multi-pronged plan is implemented to address the most important areas. The plan is executed by a broad range of employees who are joined by Leadership and HR Business Partners. The purpose of the survey and the resulting action plan is to always get better at what we do. Element respects a person’s decision regarding the organization they choose to work for. Pros

Awesome team to work with; the people really do make the difference.

Cons

Micro-management is a huge morale killer. Employees are treated as nothing more than a number. Literally cannot take a dump without an email asking why you were unavailable.
