Pros

Great people and culture. The Leadership teams empowers you to be at your best and they constantly challenge you to do better. Great social activities. Best part, you wont be micromanaged!

Cons

If you are used to big corporations where you can pass by without being noticed with your mediocracy to just collect the check, this is definitely not the right place for you! You will feel very uncomfortable and probably hate this place.

Pros

Basically the same as the title of my review: my team is very high energy, supportive, and cooperative, and our product is targeted squarely at one of the biggest markets there is. I can meet anybody in the company and they have time to meet me and help me even as a new hire. That makes it easy for me to stay motivated to work and commit to the company.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the location at all. I wish the office was closer to San Francisco!

Pros

Fun, flat, and flexible. The whole crew is super inviting. The company does a great job of keeping the day to day light but still grounded in their mission. The company is flat as a pancake. I feel very valuable and know I impact the product. No rigid rules rules here. They understand the way of modern business, letting the employees breathe while they crank it out.

Cons

Rapid expansion can make my head spin. (I would put the its-hard-work-at-a-startup bit here, but I like what I do; and so do they)
