Haters are going to hate on Elementum because our leadership isn't afraid to let people go (with generous severance packages) who don't fit the culture of work hard, play hard. Leadership gives everyone working on the product everything we need to be successful: high powered hardware, autonomy to solve engineering problems, breakfast lunch and dinner when you are in the office, generous time off to recharge, great benefits. Working at Elementum feels like working at a California tech startup in Utah.
