set up for FAILURE and gaslit to make you believe you are not a good resource
ZERO new hire onboarding help under the false expectation of self starter - you are just given a desk and left to figure out everything on your own and if you don't fake it within the first week you are immediately placed on a radar for the next firing round - great for morality
I had the misfortune of working with a man who had an anger management problem - i'm sure he voted for me to be let go but i was told to take on lesser responsibilities. he was then a receiver of many such complaints for behavioral reasons
His position wasn't impacted at all because SEXISM
On the other hand I was placed on high scrutiny and very nasty communication by my yes man manager, and a lady leading our team
I was made to feel like I had no skills or positive career goals because elementum had NO process in place to interact with employees or customers but definitely had LOFTY goals of making money via extremely short implementation timelines
basically if you were part of professional services you were given ZERO time to ramp up and any complaints were taken as your inability to do work
I'm SO glad to be out of there because I needed mental health recuperation after working in this excuse for a company
everything was just always ALL TALK and the political games were just - chef's kiss
