Cons
earliest start time is 7AM and latest shift ends at 8PM, shifts are based on personal performance and ranked against coworkers, promotions happen but slowly, education is not qualifying even though they encourage college courses, favoritism within management, too much micromanagement at times depending on manager, life events are not excused, no 'sick' days, PTO cutoff limits, way too much lax on FMLA usage, Anthem is huge and getting promoted can take a while
