      Pros

      Pays well if you want to move to Atlanta.

      Cons

      Frequent rounds of layoffs. Continually cutting employee benefits a little each year. IT direction changes regularly with changes in upper management.

      Many benefits to those who seek opportunities

      Pros

      In my experience ability to advance career has been remarkable. Benefits are plentiful including time off policy. Work at home provides countless associates the opportunity to lead fuller lives, especially where teammates are spread around the country & internationally. Associates have ample ability to convene through remote resource groups, local office activities, etc.

      Cons

      A year ago I’d have said there were too few to mention, but in the past year there are endless rumors spreading from comments made by Exec Leadership Team that Work from Home program will be discontinued. In this day & age I believe most would be dissatisfied & many would in fact find other employment. It has even been said that ELT has made comments that there is always someone waiting in line for the jobs associates leaving would create, which is unfortunate & moral-crushing.
