The Company offers a healthy work environment for its employees. It has been almost a year now, for me with Elevate K-12 and what I have witnessed so far is just outstanding. The utmost care has been provided for the well-being of the employees with ample growth opportunities. The company encourages trust, transparency, and respect.

I have been working with Elevate K-12 for the last 2 years and what an amazing journey it has been. Great work life balance and a superb Management team. To top this up the company also organizes Annual sports events and one of the best social gatherings I have ever witnessed for employee engagement.

Cons

Have not come across any negative aspects.

Since I have been employed here for 2 years, I have found it to be a rewarding place to be. The management is very supportive. It is a great place to start a career . There are lots of opportunities to advance. Management gives a lot of support and wants you to succeed. The hours and work environment are fantastic.

Cons

Since I have been working here for two years, there are not any cons that need to be highlighted or worked on at the moment.
