Pros

Team Atmosphere. Client Focused. I enjoyed my time there. The company has a great reputation and has grown tremendously in the more recent years.

Cons

All jobs have things you aren't thrilled about but I really didn't have any complaints. My commute was not great and that is the only reason I had to leave.

Pros

Benefits, great health and dental, overtime always available, plenty of locations across Massachusetts, they pay mileage to drive to that month long training in grafton, best check you'll ever get here.

Cons

On a DYS juvenile justice unit, your supervisors and administration will not have your back and will give you conflicting information and direction. One will tell you to write the youth up or restrain them for breathing wrong, the other will tell you to be laid back and let them assault you multiple times, while writing it up as a physical escort or "horseplay/boundary issues" when you were assaulted. They care more about the kids than the staff. My programs area director said flat out that he doesn't trust his staff.
