Our back to school season is definitely a busy time. We're focused on ensuring our partners have the right setup and training to run an effective program using our tools. Fortunately, other times are slower, giving our partner-facing teams a bit of a break. I appreciate you calling that out. We are still growing and hiring at a healthy pace. Over a quarter of the team moved internally or earned a promotion this year. Internal mobility and growth are a priority. Culture, Culture, Culture! Every single person I have talked to is extremely professional and team oriented. It is evident how much they care about their employees. It is also so amazing to see how they have built such great team camaraderie is and how well everyone gets along. There are so many perks as well as far as traveling to amazing places for work, very competitive pay and benefits, and above all the impact you get to have on young students learning English throughout the country. The passion you get to have every day you go to work is something I am so excited for! There is a ton of growth opportunities. This is a place you can build a a career.
