Pros

New facility with plenty of room to work. Engaged management teams. Lots of employee involvement at all levels; there are frequent training workshops to improve the culture and workplace environment. Employees have various, themed events monthly to involve everyone and come together. The family that owns the company is involved and participates in the events and genuinely cares about their employees. Positive place to work!

Cons

Newer management in place getting to know everyone and gain trust. New growth requires change and understanding, especially from employees that have been with the company for longer periods when it was a much smaller operation. Still operating with older equipment, more modern automated machinery would be a plus.

Pros

A family owned business where the owners are still interested in the employees, Ellsworth has the feel of a smaller company while growing each year.

Cons

As with most companies, the company runs very lean on resources.

Pros

The Human Resources team is fantastic, they will make sure that you are taken care through and through. Often times going above and beyond to build morale, ensuring employees get the maximum amount of benefits while working here.

Cons

No one helps anyone. Folks are completely closed off, seem fearful to knowledge transfer. If you do go the extra mile it's a shock. No documented training on applications or systems. If you ask for assistance it becomes clear that those individuals are somewhat in the dark themselves and cannot offer proper guidance. Not wanting to appear as such, you are in turn blamed for the lack of understanding. I do not understand how folks have been able to work within such a negative and dragging environment for so long. This was by far the worst work experience that I have ever had hence why I was compelled to post a review for others.
